I offer in-person and walk-and-talk sessions in Seattle’s Fremont, Magnolia and Green Lake neighborhoods and telehealth services across Washington State.
I am committed to providing a therapeutic space that is compassionate, socially aware, and deeply attuned to each client’s unique journey. Together we’ll go beyond symptom management and help you reconnect with your values, strengths, and inner wisdom.
About Annarose
(she/her)
Experience
With over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, I bring a well-rounded understanding of client care and complex systems. My professional experience includes work within community mental health, in-patient psychiatric care, domestic violence and sexual assault services, emergency response, legal system, child/family case management and food justice. These experiences inform my perspective and allow me to support clients facing not only emotional challenges but also structural and systemic barriers to mental health.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle and am licensed in Washington State (License #MC61653696). I am currently under the supervision of Sex and Relationship Counselor, Brittany Donahue, LICSW (License #LW60418035), and remain committed to ongoing learning and ethical, client-centered care.
Approach
My therapeutic approach is relational and integrative, rooted in evidence-based modalities and tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, dealing with chronic issues, or seeking deeper clarity and connection, I offer a grounded, collaborative space for healing.
I’m especially passionate about helping clients “break cycles,” whether that means addressing intergenerational patterns, shifting internalized beliefs, or transforming relationship dynamics that no longer serve them. My work is LGBTQIA2+ celebratory, affirming of all identities, neurotypes, body sizes, abilities, and aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES) principles. I view mental health through a systemic lens, recognizing how power, privilege, and oppression influence personal wellbeing, and I strive to hold space that honors the full complexity of each client’s lived experience.
