I offer support that goes beyond symptom management and invite you into meaningful growth, healing, and self-connection. My therapeutic practice is relational and integrative, combining evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re facing a major life transition, managing chronic stress, or seeking clarity and growth, I provide a grounded, collaborative space for healing.
With over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, I bring a deep understanding of complex systems and client care. My background includes community-based social work, inpatient psychiatric care, childcare, and work within legal and social support systems. This broad perspective shapes my therapeutic approach and enables me to support clients navigating both emotional challenges and structural barriers that impact mental health.
I’m especially passionate about helping clients break cycles. Whether that means disrupting intergenerational patterns, challenging deeply internalized beliefs, or shifting relationship dynamics that no longer serve their growth. These cycles often operate beneath the surface, quietly shaping how people see themselves and engage with the world. In therapy, I aim to create a space where clients can safely explore these patterns, understand their origins, and begin to rewrite the narrative. It’s incredibly meaningful to witness someone realize they are not bound to repeat what came before, that they have the power to choose a new path, one aligned with their values, needs, and authentic self.
